We would like to welcome you to Prince William Lacrosse Club.  We are an organization dedicated to growing the sport of lacrosse for the youth of eastern Prince William County.  We are a member organization and participate in the Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League (NVYLL) in the girls and boys divisions in the spring league. 

The age groups for both Girls and Boys are U9, U11, U13 and U15.  The NVYLL follows the US Lacrosse and USA High School Lacrosse Rules with a few exceptions.

The league has begun to experience some unprecedented growth.  There are many opportunities available for you to assist, so that we can continue the ability to offer the sport of lacrosse to all girls and boys interested in playing.  We look forward to watching your daughters and sons experience the game of lacrosse, while learning the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork.   

We will also need Team Managers for each team.

As Summer winds down and the school year begins we are looking forward to another successful year of lacrosse in Prince William County.

We are gearing up for our Fall Clinic which will begin Sunday, September 12th.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!!  Please use the registration tab on the left.

This is where the kids get to get some focused time honing their skills, showcasing all the new skills that they developed during summer camps
and also to introduce the sport to our new players in preparation for the Spring Season.

This year we will work both for individual and team skills and apply them in game situations.

Week 1:  Individual Offensive
              Goalie Workout

Week 6:  Specialty skills (ie., Draws, 8 m Shots)

Goalies will get dedicated workouts and drills during weeks 1-3

What:  Prince William Lacrosse Club Fall Clinic

When:  6 weeks series

            Girls:  Sundays 
                  Sep 12, 19, 26
                  Oct 3, 10, 17

Time:  1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Ages:  6-15

Location:  Hylton High School (Field behind the Tennis Courts)

Cost: $13 paid at each session or $60 on-line registration for all sessions.

Take a look at all the Coaches Tips tab has to offer.  Now that summer is here a lot of players put their lax gear down.  Summer is a great time to condition and stay in shape for fall lacrosse.  Most of these drills can be done anywhere, all you need is a small space outside to run round.  Take a look at our Conditioning Drills.  Keep Lacrosse on your mind all year.
